As Licensed Mold Assessors and Home Inspectors we do a thorough inspection of your home to identify any moisture or water issues first, as the source is an important factor to understand and mitigate.
If active moisture sources are identified or musty odors, visible stains or mold growth is suspected, then surface samples are taken for identification and quantification. Bio-aerosol air samples are also taken inside and outside of the home for comparison study.

We Inspect Mold conduct inspections services for commercial and industrial building owners and buyers who are concerned about the presence of mold and the air quality of a structure. We are here to assist you in conducting your pre-purchase due diligence inspections or to assess any specific mold or air quality concerns you may have.
We will thoroughly test all areas of concerns with surface sampling and Bio-Aerosol air sampling for identification and quantities present on surfaces and in the air.
We can conduct air sampling that focuses on the presence of Volatile Organic Compounds “VOC’s”, with an emphasis on Mold Specific Volatile Organic Compounds “MVOC’s”.

Post Remediation Verification
We work closely with insurance claim specialists, mortgage companies and remediation companies to provide them with detailed reports, mold remediation protocols and work site plans. After the remediation work has been completed, we test all areas where mold was discovered with surface and air quality testing.
